Message from Stewardship

Our mission is to educate Central UMC members on the importance of "wholistic" stewardship for the witness of Jesus Christ. We are called to be good and faithful stewards, which reinforces our witness for Jesus Christ. It is the goal and objective of the stewardship witness team to provide key information and resources for the church to reach its potential in discipleship, stewardship, and transformational living and leadership.

  1. Each Sunday, two offering plates are made available to you. The larger plate is for the General Fund. The smaller plate is for the Benevolence Fund.
  2. You can mail your tithes and offerings in the form of a check to the church office at Central UMC, 501 Martin Luther King, Jr., Drive, SW, Atlanta, GA 30314.

Planned giving is all about giving for the long term. Planned gifts are often pooled and invested to endow the church with the resources to grow its mission and ministry beyond our lifetimes and make a lasting impact for generations yet to come.
